We help you recruit the talent you need to build a winning team and drive your business forward.

Contingent Search

We have the skills and resources to help you recruit suitable candidates when you need a quick hire or have multiple roles to fill.

What Is It?

Contingent Search is the most common form of permanent recruitment, where an agency charges a fee only if they successfully place a candidate.

Multiple agencies compete to supply the “winning” candidate in this “first past the post” system.

This type of search is highly effective when looking for talent in crowded labour markets, i.e. for entry/low/mid-level positions, and consequently an excellent choice for clients needing to hire quickly or with multiple roles.

How Does It Work?

Sourcing: we search our internal database, professional network, and post job ads to find readily available active job seekers.

Screening: candidates undergo thorough screening to ensure they possess the right skills, experience, and qualifications. Qualified candidates are then referenced before being sent to the client.

Fee Structure

The fee is a % of the candidate’s starting annual salary.

As part of our minimum tenure guarantee, a rebate is payable if the newly hired employee resigns, or employment is terminated during the probationary period.

Engaged Search

We expedite the recruitment process and cut your hiring times, to find you top-quality technology talent when you need it the most.

What Is It?

Engaged Search is a hybrid solution, merging the assurance of executive search, with the speed of contingent search.

An upfront payment incentivises the agency to invest more time, and resources to find the perfect candidate. However, whereas executive search is open-ended, engaged search always has a future date by when recruitment must be completed, or the retainer is refunded.

As a result, this approach has proven very effective in expediting the hiring process and protecting the client’s financial interests.

How Does It Work?

Consultation: we take time to learn the hiring process and ascertain job role requirements.

Sourcing: a tailored engaged search plan focused on finding viable candidates (most of whom are likely to be passive).

Shortlist: candidates are skill assessed, referenced and vetted multiple times before a shortlist is presented to the client.

Fee Structure

Part of the fee is paid upfront to retain the agency exclusively. This is refundable if the job is not filled by the agreed deadline. The remaining fee is only paid if a successful placement is made within the allotted time.

Executive Search

Do you have a difficult role to fill? Are you struggling to find top talent? We explore the entire market to find you the perfect candidate.

What Is It?

Executive Search is when an agency is retained on an exclusive basis to find the perfect candidate for hard-to-fill senior roles where the best candidates are often passive job seekers or specialist positions that require niche skill sets. Paying some of the fee upfront is a great incentive for the agency to invest more time, effort and resources to find the perfect candidate.

Our executive search model is all about delivering results and guaranteeing you get the talent you need. We work with you until the role is filled, virtually ensuring a positive outcome and reducing the risk of making a bad hire.

How Does It Work?

Consultation: we take time to learn the hiring process and ascertain job role requirements.

Sourcing: a customised executive search plan is implemented, leveraging market knowledge to tap into a pool of otherwise inaccessible passive candidates.

Shortlist: candidates are skill assessed, referenced and vetted multiple times before a shortlist is presented to the client.

Fee Structure

The fee is split. An upfront payment to retain the agency exclusively followed by a second payment once the candidate is hired.
