CSR Policy

We adopt CSR principles into our business approach, for the good of the company itself, the communities within which we operate and the planet.

To support our mission of delivering impactful recruitment solutions to help build a more equitable and sustainable future for all, we put our environmental focus on reducing carbon emissions and climate change; social initiatives revolve around diversity, equality and inclusion, occupational health and safety, and human rights issues; and governance comprises ethical business practices, anti-bribery and corruption, cybersecurity, and data protection.

Our CSR priorities are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reflecting our commitment to addressing critical social and environmental challenges. The SDGs serve as a global call to action, encompassing issues such as climate change, equality, and unemployment. We believe that our activities directly support these goals, contributing to a more sustainable and equitable world.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption

We prohibit all directors, employees, contractors and anyone acting on our behalf from engaging in corruption and bribery. Our Whistleblowing Policy actively encourages all employees to report any business practices that might constitute bribery or corruption without fear of retaliation. To further comply with the Bribery Act 2010, we accurately monitor and record all corporate hospitality as part of our Hospitality and Gifts Policy.

Data Protection & UK GDPR

We respect the privacy of individuals, including that of our employees, candidates, clients, supply chain. and business partners. We have adopted policies to safeguard personal information from unauthorized use or disclosure and will observe and comply with all applicable laws and regulations as well as internal rules and policies whenever collecting, maintaining, using, disclosing or disposing of personal information.

Environmental

We understand the immense challenge that climate change poses for society and that a collective effort is required to mitigate the impacts. We seek to manage our business in a sustainable manner that considers the impact of our direct operations and supply chain on the planet. We strive to continuously improve our operations by managing resources effectively and finding innovative ways to deliver our services more efficiently.

We also accept our duty of care extends to the mental welfare of employees working remotely.
